Terms of Use
Effective 2026-10-26 · Clipza AI Video Creator by Torsten Sundell
Welcome to the studio. These Terms of Use set out the ground rules for using Clipza AI Video Creator (the "app"), provided by Torsten Sundell ("we", "us"). They are written to be read, not skimmed past, so please take a moment with them before you start creating.
Saying yes by pressing play
By downloading, opening or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms.
Your licence to create
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
Keeping the studio a good place
Please create responsibly. You agree not to use the app to make or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or deceptive, or content that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy, likeness or intellectual property. You also agree not to try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or our backend, and not to use automated means to abuse the service. We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Subscriptions and billing through Apple
Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles all billing, and payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as Apple's rules otherwise specify. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Who owns what
The app, including its design, software, branding and features, belongs to Torsten Sundell and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and media you submit, and, as far as the law allows, in the videos you generate. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload and for how you use your outputs. You give us a limited permission to process your content only as needed to generate your videos and run the service.
AI can produce results that look similar to other people's work, so outputs may not be unique.
Honest expectations
AI generation can be creative and sometimes unpredictable. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be accurate, original or suited to your purpose.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torsten Sundell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
When these terms change
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version with a revised effective date. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Contact and effective date
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Torsten Sundell through the developer contact or support link on the Clipza AI Video Creator App Store page. These Terms of Use are effective as of 2026-10-26.
