Every video you make in Clipza AI Video Creator starts as an idea, and we think your ideas deserve care. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you use Clipza AI Video Creator (the "app"), which is provided by Torsten Sundell ("we", "us"). Clipza has no user accounts and no sign-in, so you can start creating without handing over who you are.

The short version

We collect only what is needed to turn your prompts into videos and to know whether your subscription is active. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password, because the app has no accounts or sign-in. Your generations are processed on our own backend. Payments are handled by Apple. Adapty helps us track subscription status and related analytics.

What we collect, and what we leave alone

What we may process: the prompts, text and any media you choose to submit for a generation, along with the videos created from them. This is the material we need to bring your idea to life. We also handle purchase and subscription information, such as whether you have an active subscription, through Apple and Adapty. These services may use technical identifiers that let them recognise the app installation or purchase rather than you by name.

What we do not collect: we do not create user profiles, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, account credentials or payment card details. Apple handles your payment details, and we never see them.

Where your videos are made

When you tap to generate, your input is sent to our own backend servers, where the video is created and returned to the app. We operate this backend ourselves. We use what you submit only to produce your generation and to keep the service running properly.

The services working behind the scenes

Apple App Store: we use the App Store to distribute the app and to process in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Adapty: we use Adapty to manage subscriptions. It tracks subscription status, so the app knows which features to unlock, and provides subscription-related analytics. Adapty processes this information under its own privacy policy.

We use these services only for the purposes described here.

Purchases and subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions in Clipza are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple collects and processes your payment details, and we never receive your card information. Adapty records subscription status and related analytics so that your access works as expected.

How long we keep things

We keep the content you submit and the videos we generate only as long as we need to produce and deliver your generation and to operate the service, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Apple and Adapty keep the information they process according to their own retention policies.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because Clipza has no accounts, we may need some details from you, such as when a generation was made, to locate the relevant data. You may also have other rights under the law where you live, and we will respect them. For data held by Apple or Adapty, you can also contact those providers directly. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version with a revised effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated policy will apply.
